• VACCINATION INFO: Minimum your dog needs to have Rabies, Distemper and Kennel Cough in order to use our services. You will upload proof from your Vet in your online account.

• A Deposit is required to hold your dog's boarding reservation. This will automatically be applied to your reservation if we have availability and confirm your request as booked. You will receive a confirmation or denial email letting you know if we could book your request or not.

• Boarding & Daycare is done by appointment. Request appointments with us through our online portal @ Santapaws.propetware.com. We run our services with scheduled appointments so we know when to expect your arrival, as we do not keep a receptionist. Our time is valuable, PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME.

• Standalone Bathing Appointments will need to be done by calling/texting us at 812-639-1763. You must have an account or make one prior to us being able to schedule your pup for this service.

       As always, please make sure to arrive on time for drop off & pick up appointments. Late arrivals will be subject to having to wait for a later appointment time and late pick ups will be subject to late fees. Please communicate with us as soon as you know if you will be running late, we cannot always accommodate late arrivals/late pick ups.
